Rims that are sold commercially for the 90 have an offset between positive 38 and 48 mm, with most falling around 42 mm. The positive means the center of the tire / rim is offset towards the outside of the car.
It would seem your request for positive 35 mm means the wheel/ tire is sunk a little back towards the middle of the car, so the outside rolling of the fenders is less likely to be needed. Your issue would be - does the inside of the tire begin to touch your struts (since you are further back in than usual).
People are reluctant to give advice on this because that strut - touch issue is fairly common, and if it happened, you would have to shim out your rims with washers or spacers.
Of course the width of the tire/ rim has an affect on this situation as well - less width means less chance to contact something (either the struts or the fender).
