rough idle, dies during KOER test

93 ATX 93,000 miles Symptoms: 1.)Idles at 6-700 rpm when stopped in gear, wavers up and down 2.)Idles at 800 -1,000 RPM when in park, wavers up and down 3.)dies when running the KOER test 4.)shifts fine all gears 5.)gas milage about 11 mpg in town

Recent parts: EGR, EGR sensor, IAC valve, throttle position sensor

KOEO codes: 111 all is fine ???

KEOR codes after it dies (are these historical codes since the high/low revs did not complete ?):172, 136, 411, 538 (both oxy sensors replaced within the last 5,000)

(EGR hint, lots of Liquid Wrench, when the tube is cold)

Does it have power loss? Check the fuel pressure on the fuel rail.

I'm not sure what you are trying to say here. If, as I am guessing, you somehow got liquid wrench into either the induction system or the exhaust manifold, the liquid wrench may have affecting the O2 sensors. Am I on the right track?

ripper - fuel presure 39 lbs

marcus - I should have posted that comment in the other thread where the person was having trouble getting his EGR off, my EGR came off OK I just had some difficluty with the small side plate that didn't come with the new EGR

Try swapping maf's from your mtx into it.
