Rod and Main Trq Specs

Just need to get the Rod and Main torque specs and where to get the rod bolts. I got the engine and trans out today and figured I would replace the rods and mains since I have the engine out and the rods had a tic on initial startup before the trans went south.

Aw crap, I totally missed that this was a V8 question... Never mind...

Rod bolts and bearings are the same as the Duratec 3.0L V6 uses. Should be common in the aftermarket.

That being said I have a set of rod bolts and bearings I do not need.

That means the trq specs should be the same, correct?

Tighten as follows: Tighten to 40-45 N-m (30-33 Lb-Ft) Rotate an additional 90-120 degrees
