Well I reset the computer and code 14 for the CPS is gone. It hasn't come back yet. In fact, NO trouble codes come back at all! The tach doesn't drop to zero, and when I stall I can startup right away, granted the starting does take a bit longer.. ..
So now that I know the CPS isn't the culprit, and sorry Mikey, you were WRONG!! :p I'm going after the fuel pump. Hopefully that'll solve the missing power and stalling problem

If code 14 showed up even once, you have had a failure of the CPS at least once. This means that your CPS is not going to last too much longer. Maybe days, maybe weeks, maybe months, but it has definitely had a circuit faliure and caused your engine to cut out and will do it again. Be prepared.
