I'm heading to the U-pull it right now to look for a piece, but I was wondering if the glass out of a regular taurus would work (probably will) and if it's just 2 screws holding the door glass into the rail or whatever you want to call it.

After looking at some window glass, it appears that the glass is actually riveted in. I'm guessing the best way to remove the rivet is to drill it out, but I'm not sure how to re-rivet the glass and where I can find these at. Any help is appreciated, and thanks.

You can buy inexpensive pop-rivet kits at Harbor Freight, Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. A small nut and bolt should work, too, especially with a nylock nut to keep it from backing off.

The rivets are aluminum and you would think they would be easy to drill out. But sometimes a lot of the "pop" lever is left in the center of the rivet and won't let the drill bit get down to the dome of the rivet.... it just spins.
Along with a cordless drill, take a hammer and chisel, and a cordless zip grinder. If you can zip open a hole where you need it, the glass comes out a lot easier.
