I replaced the rear bar with a 26mm. Big improvement BTW. I installed new bushings and endlinks too. I'm getting a clunk now. What are the endlinks supposed to be tq'ed to? What could it be? Everything looks good.

Beats me. Just had new struts installed and they are the ones they threw on. It was fine till I messed with it.

Then they are rubber then? Just tight enough so that they start to flaten out good.

Hmm I thought I went pretty tight. I guess I'll try to put some more muscle on them. I just reinstalled the opposite of removal.

Well I think the culprit was the driver side sway bracket. Didn't have it tight enough. There was a 2-3mm gap. :bonk: FWIW Ford states only 5-7 ft lbs tq for the rear end links.
