Now that I am here, I guess I will update. My car did in fact have the Ford installed security system but the problem was I didn't have the remotes. So I ended up going out to my 93 parts car and after looking under the dash I found the same box. Now I had a remote for this car and after I swapped alarm boxes everything worked perfectly.
