remote oil filter , 20mm-3/4 ******

Because of the headers ( and other stuff) I decided to move the oil filter off the engine. I didnt want to use the factory cooler and may put one in line after some oil temp studies

The hardest part was to find a short 20mm-1.5 to 3/4-16 conversion ****** ( dont google 20mm *******, it doesnt take you to car parts)

I did find a comapny that made one and it only set me back $8.00, The rest of the stuff is standard AN fittings and stuff

It does take some easy lathe work and welding. You might ask Jason if he'll share the other drawing I gave him that has dimensions, where to cut the tube, making the counterbore under the hex head, etc.

Alternatively, why not just buy an M20 remote filter takeoff plate and use an M20 straight thread pipe ******?

When I built the adapter ****** pictured in the linked post, (about 2000...), M20 takeoff plates were damn near impossible to find, now they're very common.

Its made by Mocal part number.... tn3/4m20 I found one on ebay ( its gone now) but anyone who sells Mocal parts can get you one



These people can order it for you $8.99..... It not liseted on their page , special order takes about a week.

I have a lathe and for this price it wasnt worth setting it up.
