A code popped yesterday, its P0411. It's seems that the secondary air pump have probs again (last time was a P1413). :(

But it was a lot simpler to check the relay this time...
Relay reloc

The idea came from the fact that the first time I gone there, the state of the relay was in real bad shape and I wasn't able to reteive it from his place... I then disconnect the plug and put a new relay on. Searching a place to put it, I spotted that the wire was tightened by some plastic clamps. I un-snap 1 or 2 which gave me some loose. I tie wrapped the wire to a wire of the ABS to secure the position.

Like Paul says some years ago, "it's a stupid place to put a relay" and we can also say a 80$ relay. Mine is running there since 2 years without prob at this place. Humm, yes, now I have a prob, but it was one of the 4 contacts in plug having green glue on it (I have to rebuilt this one some years ago). Can be a good maintenance upgrade as these relay seems rares (can be found on some others Fords).

I will wait to watch the car kills the code by itself (I did my part, do yours now !)

One of my SHO's has been popping an SAI code every once in a while. I didn't do much diagnosis on it, but keep clearing the code for now. No adverse problems so far. I know there isn't a problem with the pump its self. Long story short, I think my code is also the P0411.

Are you saying its something do with the ccrm relay near the battery?

The OE relay is on the pump bracket. It's a 40A solid state relay. You can get a mechanical bosch style relay and replace it for around $10. But you have to do some rewiring.

No, but you can relocate your relay in front of the battery near the CCRM to protect it from water and dirt there. It will also a lot easier to check/replace the next time you have a prob with the SAI (for example, P0411 or a P1413).
