I am having someone come and look at the car to buy tommorrow and like always something happens to go wrong.

Well I was just driving and I noticed a "nice" new sound ocming from the engine. Great, me expecting the worse which it usually is, I think I blew the motor. Well I get her home. She drives great the entire way home. I park her pop hood and listen. A rattle seems to be coming from the passenger side near the firewall. I rev the engine and it goes away till the R's drop and it gets loud again. I say to myself "Interesting!" Well I come to the conclusion that something gotta be loose and rattling. My question is what could it be? It is pretty loud and it echoes through the engine. Please tell me its an easy fix! Something loosen over time in that area that needs tightening every once in a great while?

Is it more of a loud wobble? I have that going on too, disappears at higher rpm (as far as I can tell) I think it's gotta be the water pump or alternator? What do you think?
