So i went to advance auto yesterday...just checking prices...he asked me if i wanted the ones with an 8 and a half inch chord length or 16...its 8 right?...16, couldnt that possibly be so much that it touches the ypipe and melts through?

well, if you let it touch the y-pipe then yes...

I know the 8'' seems a bit tight on the right bank...

Zip ties are your friends...

(it doesn't matter)

well i bought the car with 109k...it has 110 now. came with a beautiful black leather interior in near mint condition besides the drivers bolster. 96 brake upgrade, moog components: strut-rod TPR bushings, front lower control arms, inner and outter tie rod ends... new steering rack, k&n drop in, alum subframe bushings...did i mention a bad third gear sync and a little rust ha. but im hoping to take care of both of those before summers end. along with putting my y pipe in (hopefully today), wheels, MAF, BBBs, ported intake, and some decent mufflers...i Also want to get some moog coils and drop it down a little. But i figure moog with all the other moog compenents i have would be great!
