Question On Motor Mounts!

I have noticed a polishing on my intake and I assumed it to be the front motor mount. I checked it out this weekend and it definetely does move somewhat. I noticed that on the throttle body, the black cover over top of it is polished, and the hood liner has a small indentation where part of the intake rises up to it. I was wondering which motor mount that is? Front, rear, or both?? I thought the tranny mount doesn't usually go out, but I did a search and one answer stated that it probably was the tranny mount. Any suggestions?

The polished spot in the intake is from the failed front mount, but the throttle body polish job would probably need the transmission mount to also be flexing. Check the large rubber insulator of the trans mount through the driver side wheel well. Your rear mount is also likely to need replacement.
