Hey folks,
I was screwing around with my junkyard SHO today, and I ran the A/C self test on the EATC. It threw a code "05" Sunload sensor. What the **** is the sunload sensor? It's not that sensor on the dash that turns the lights on when it gets dark, is it? Cuz that thing is bad. The lights are always on. Anyways, any help is appreciated. Thanks.

There are 2 sensors. The sunload sensor tells the EATC how much sunlight (and therefore heat) is entering the cabin. The autolamp sensor controls the headlights. Both sensors are on top of the dash, one on either side.
