Question about the rear cam chain

How do you tighten/change the rear cam timing chain?

It should be tightened automaticly, just like the front. Its uses the same tensioner assembly just that its upsidedown to tension the chain due to it rotating inside out instead of outside in like the other cylinder bank.

In my situation the chain appears to be loose. Any suggestions how to correct this.

They tighten up with oil pressure...
