question about livernois tune

Sorry guys this has probably been gone over before but I am wondering if with the livernois tune if you need to change the spark plugs or not? Thanks for helping in advance.

They recommend swapping out the stock SP528's with SP534's gapped at 30.

are they hard to get to? best place to buy the plugs?

I had my shop do them. Took my guy about a half hour. Everybody says it's pretty easy. You may have to loosen the charge pipe mount coming over the top. Rock Auto or others. Google the part number. I think I paid about $35.

Excellent! I should have mentioned that the backs are a little harder. That's why some guys loosen the pipe bracket to make it easier but I've heard of some not having to do that. You'll also need a pretty good assortment of socket accessories. I think the torque setting is 10 pounds but some guys did hand tight plus a 1/4 turn. Another thing. I believe Ford does not recommend anti-seize and dielectric grease but again, some guys do use them.

getting Livernois 4 tune with CAI
