the the alternator pulley keeps jumping the side of the tensioner, almost looks like crank pulley is backing out, theres a gap between it and the block, more than the gap on an 89 i compared with. its really odd...any ideas?

just shooting in the dark at this point...car won't start, ran EEC codes, hard 111, and a few in memory, checked all sensors but the cps, but i am getting a tach reading on turnover, put new plugs and wires, getting spark and at the same time smelled fuel pumping in. problems started when accesory belt went bad, don't know if that was the cause, but like i said i'm out of ideas...ggggggrrrrr

anybody else had a problem with accesory belts? it seems the crank pulley isn't lining up with the tensioner, causing one side of the belt to wear really fast. this is odd and just started in the past week, and now the car won't even start
