Is anyone else having trouble accessing the online catalog for Ford Parts Network?

I've accessed it before, now I want to buy the new headlight housings, but I can't get in there neither on my home cpu, or my work cpu???

Their prices and service are top notch, but their online catalog plain and simple, sucks. :)

Email the link with the part you need, the make, model, trim, year, etc, and they are usually very quick to repspond with price and availability.

I find the catalog relatively easy to use. It's very similar to that of Rock Auto, probably the same software. If ever you have problems locating a part Torrie responds to emails lightning fast.

Anyhow, I also had a problem getting on the online catalog. I emailed Torrie to make him aware of it, if he's not already. Perhaps he's updating the prices to give us better deals or something. :) thumb

sunny San Juan Bautista,
Torrie works wonders just by using straight email. I've checked out the online catalog before and I've found that I simply like to write up my list of parts in a text file, email it to Torrie for a price quote and then place my order. Works great. And basically, if at any point while ordering from Torrie you don't feel comfortable with how things are working, by all means email him! He is *THE* customer service king and he has proven it over and over again. But you got to email the king to see that customer service at work. Simple as that.

I too, will give Torrie props on his service. I once asked for the wrong part number by mistake. Typical of my bad luck, I didn't realize it it untill after a month when I tried to install the part and it wouldn't fit.

He swapped it for me, no questions asked. Torrie, if you read this, I owe you a beer .

TradeMotion, which hosts FPN's e-commerce site along with numerous other dealer sites, is typically VERY unreliable. You'd think with the volume of business that must get run through there, their customers (like Torrie) would scream bloody ****** to get them to respond to their frequent outages...
