Planning 3.2 swap. Headers? Motor mounts?

Hi I am planning on doing the 3.0 to 3.2 swap and was wondering if I can use 3.2l exhaust manifolds. I have a set that have been ceramic coated. I also have a set of reinforced motor and tranny mounts from a 3.2l. Can I use mounts?

If you swap the manifolds (you can) , your Y pipe wont fit anymore. The Y pipe need to match its manifolds.

Depending on the type of swap you are doing , most common is to keep the MTX accesories , then no , your motor mounts wont fit.

with a 3.2 in a mtx application what mounts do you use?

mtx mounts if your using MTX accesories.... they are the same block so to speak.. i think the difference for the mounts/subframe is to lift and motor up and forward to fit the larget ATX.... correct me if im wrong..

you can use the 3.2 w/ single belt accessory drive if you wish. you need to take the rear 3.2 motor mount off, rotate it 180* so the engine is offset to the rear rather than the front, and you need to fab a new front motor mount - the front 3.2 mount is useless in the mtx application.

you will be much better off using the 3.0 exhaust manifolds.

i couldn't get my y pipe on the 3.2 manifolds and the rear one was sitting on top or the rack and now with the 3.0 ones one thier there is a little more room (and i do mean a little)
