Ok i was reading the sho shop's gudie log and i was in the suspension section and i saw a thing on the side talking about steering wheel play. and about tighting up this pinch bolt under the dash. Cause i have had my inner and outer tie rod ends replaced and my rack last year. and my sho's alignment is great. But i still have alot of play in my steering wheel. Does any body have pics or can they tell me where at under the dash this pinch bolt is at??

Thanks a bunch

not sure if its the same between Gen1 and Gen2, but heres how it is on a Gen1.

under the dash, near the pedals, there is a boot. 3 11mm nuts hold it on. 2 re easy to reach, the third is a little pain. pull the boot back, will require some wriggling from the carpet and other obstacles. once you get the boot pulled back, the coupler is there. 10mm bolt, turn the wheel to best suit you to tighten/loosen the bolt.
