They are very nice indeed. Had mine delivered last week. Neat that it vents the intake with the decreased air pressure from the air passing over the hood. Very nice. I just need to get it painted to match the white now. :rolleyes:

Actually, it's the opposite. At speed that area of the windshield is a high pressure area. Air goes in the hood at the cowl, not out. Check it out when you get it on the car. Tape some string to the cowl and go for a drive.

i think dave is right more air goes in there just like put your hand behind the mirror on left or right side your hand will be sucked to the mirror at high speeds. Same thing goes with the hood the air is being sucked in there.

Drive in the rain and you will see it sucking it in, not bad though. It is good for letting the heat out when the car is off.

best way to put it is if you watch nascar the intakes are in the cowl area on a winston cup car because thats where the air gets sucked in.
