Have you checked all the intake tubing to make sure it's all properly fastened and there are no leaks? Do you have access to a smoke machine to test for leaks?

I think I had a similar issue, and i found that a vacuum line came disconnected

Mine that disconnected was just under the engine cover on the right side of the top of the engine

check hoses attached to the wastegate controller atop the manifold. iirc, 3 small diameter unclamped hoses that can come loose as mentioned above.
