anyone point me in right direction to find my oil leak. car smoke from near firewall on passenger side. smoke appears to come from low area. valve covers changed. I looked underneath and just below valve covers look dry. I don't get a spot on ground but it's enough to cause it to smoke.

I guess the cam seals are easier to change. tomorrow I'm going to jack up car, remove right front tire and inner wheelwell housing, and clean it all down. I really hope the oil pan is not leaky cause I really don't feel like snapping an exhaust manifold bolt to remove Y Pipe. will I be able to see cam seals leaking without removing upper timing cover? what's the best way to look at cam seals?

got underneath car today. valve covers all dry. oil pan looks dry. front main seal dry, even with car running. no leaks around timing cover.only wet spot is looks like right under cam position sensor. I don't see it drip but it's wet right there. I hate to try and change it and run into a major problem. I've heard changing this seal can be a nightmare.
