I been having issues with this car stalling at stops when engine warms up so I changed the the cam sensor ,02 sensors and fuel filter and the car drove fine on the way home but tonight I decided to take it out for a lil test run and It rode good up until I went a lil further than a 2 miles away and it decided to stall again soon as I came to a light and had to put it in neutral that's when the oil light came on and it barely wanted to start so I don't know what's going on could it have something to do with the oil pump?

Not so much the oil pump. It is high flow, but low pressure. If the rod bearings are on the "loose" side, the pressure drops even lower.
What does the tachometer read when it is idling?
Check the codes, both current and stored.
Try 10-W-40 oil to keep the oil light out, but find out why it is stalling, as while it is running (but stalling) the rpms are bound to be low, contributing to the oil light issue.

does the idle speed jump around sort of randomly? a sticky iac is common and can cause the random stalling, but generally you would notice the idle speed jumping around.

as sperold says, pull the codes and let us know what they are.
