Oil Level Sender Questions

I purchased and received a new oil level sender from Ford Parts Network. The part that I placed an order for was p/n#F2AZ-6C624-A, but I received p/n#F2AZ-6C624-B. I searched through all of the previous posts before purchasing and found that everyone purchased the -A sender. Is this a newer sender or just the wrong one they sent me? I figured I'd ask the SHO guru's before I peel open the plastic. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I looked up the part number that you received on FPN website and it shows it being an oil level sender for a Mercury vehicle. I'd suggest you get in touch with Torrie. He'll make it right with you pronto. Mistakes do happen unfortunately...even to the best of our vendors.
