Oil in spark plug wells

Old spark plug well seals allow the oil to be sucked in as the engine cools down.

These seals along with the valve cover seals come in a FelPro kit that you can get at AutoZone and probably most of the sponsors of this Forum.

When the cover is off you can only adjust the valve lash (slop). You won't need to grind the valves and seats for a long time, and you will need to remove the heads from the engine inorder to do the valve grinding.

what would be the cause for this, a bad valve gasket? or other problem...i think when the cover is off i might redo the valves..where can i get both these parts?

One of the reasons is the excessive blowby of the V6 SHO. The PCV system is quite under performing. This results in carbon build up behind the rings allowing the pressure to build up in the crankcase.
