Man you gotta love a new exhaust!! Just got the 3rd cat, resonator and chessy small diameter flex pipe taken off. In place I got a 2 1/2" flex pipe and a striaght piece of 2 1/2" pipe welded in. On top of that I got the 2 chamber 2 1/2" Flowmasters too. I was able to have the stock tip holes opened up and re-utilized. Looks stock but DAMN sure enough doesn't sound that way!!! All in all it only cost me $169.00. :D :D :D

The Magnaflows cost about $250 with nice chrome tips I chose. They have gotten deeper sounding over last year or so but not as loud as Flows.

Green SHOrnet, please read what I wrote for a "cheap" solution. Like I said it only cost me $169.

As far as performance the SOTP dyno says there is definitly a difference!! And the sound....... OH MAN THE SOUND. In a matter of hours I have had more people giving me the " Holy shit is that a Taurus" look. thumbs_u

I'd have to say my most favorite thing is going by people and just getting on the gas just alittle bit, and seeing their faces when they see it's a taurus. The V8 sounds incredible when uncorked with the cheesy stock exhaust.

My next exhaust will be a 2.5" single muffler straight through design.
