Noise from Rear Driver's Side Door?

It's like a light thumping or a rattling when i go over any unsmooth ground (small and large bumps, cracks in the road and holes in my dirt driveway.)

Any input is appreciated.

If it`s in the door,pull off the panel and have a look.It comes off pretty easy in only a few minutes.
