Any ideas on why my 90 won't start? It's been sitting for about 3-4 months, and with a brand new, never used Optima battery, the thing won't turn over. One click is all you get when you turn the key. I beat on the starter and even tapped on the solenoid, and still one click. I ran out of time to check for voltage at the starter, but is there anything I'm overlooking? Maybe a relay or something????? Oh, and the car has had two starters in the past three months that it was running before I parked it. Give me some ideas you guys! Thanks

Step 1: Check the charge on the new battery. Make full it is fully charged.

Step 2: Perform the voltage checks at this site: http://www.spmotorsports.com/starter_troubleshoot.html

Your problem could any one (or more of the following: battery, starter, starter relay, ground cable/connections, positive cable/connections.

Good luck. Break out the meter and see what you find.
