Ive had this problem ever since ive had my sho. Basically once in a while it wont start unless i crank it for a few seconds and sometimes it will get to the point when i almost **** the battery before it starts. Its not one of the sensors since it just had a front 60k.

Thanks

start pulling wires and check for a clean constant spark, after that check fuel pressure before startup and after startup

Bad check valve? My 91, I would just turn the key far enough to hear the fuel pump prime. I would do it another time and then turn the starter. Not sure if gen 2s have same config as gen 1.

Use a 12 volt test light, LED type, to probe the sensor signals right at the DIS connector. On the nearest connector to the firewall, from top: Pin1 (R/LG)=12V, pin2 (LB)=cam sensor signal. Flashes at slow rate. Pin3 unused. Pin4 (GY)=crank sensor PIP. Flashes rapidly. Pin5 (Y/LG)=spout from EEC. On connector nearest radiator, from top: Pin12 (GY/O)= IDM signal to EEC and also runs tachometer. Pin11 (Y/R)=Coil2, Pin9 (Y/W)=Coil3, Pin8 (Y/BK)=Coil1.

There could be a problem in the wiring to the sensors.
