No Power Locks or Seats ?

I did a search and it seems a lot of cars are affected by the no lock, no seat electrical gremlin.

It seems there should be a sticky on how to fix it.

I just picked up a 93 MTX and I too have no locks and no power seats.

Is this an RKE (Remote Keyless Entry Module) I only got keys with the car

I checked the 40AMP fuse under the hood and it is good. There is also 12V at the fuse.
Fuse/Breaker #14 is good. I swapped the horn one to verify. Should I have power at #14? I did not.

Where is the ground by the seat? I removed the trim panel and I found a small ground wire just in front of the trunk/gas lever.

Is there a way to jumper power to the seat so I can at least move it so it is comfortable?

I do have a complete 95 SHO that I can pull parts off.

I have new news, The key pad on the door seems to work. when i push a button, it lights up and the interior light goes on. when I hit the last 2 buttons, the interior lights go off.

Does anybody have wiring diagrams for the power seats? I have the Ford service manual, but I cant find the wiring diagrams in it.
