Just under 148,000 miles, my car finally had the first thing break. Last weekend the passenger side would only blow cool air. Ordered the blend door actuator Sunday night and it arrived yesterday. Spent about 45 minutes contorting my body replacing it today. That giant wire harness doesn't make it any easier to get at the back screw.

20 bucks total and I have heat again. It's the actuator to the left that looks like a PITA to get to in case anyone else runs into this issue. Comparing it with the actuator directly behind the glovebox that is easy to get to, it appears to be the exact same part number.

I took the old one apart and didn't see anything broken in it, I'm going to test the motor at work this week and maybe hang onto the whole thing for parts in case the other actuator dies on me.
