no front speakers any ideas?

ok so for this car i dont really care right now what i have for music, it has a tape player and that is plenty because i can hook my ipod up. but i have a problem, it is all wired up good in the back i think, ill have to double check that but only the back speakers work. would something be making my front four not work, i dont understand to much about the amps these cars have. do all four front speakers run off two amps? is there six sets of wires that run into the stock stereo? i just need to know how they should hook up. thanks

the amps are only for the rear speakers, there are two pair of wires going to the rear speakers, but only one pair for each of the fronts. take the door panel off and see, do you have speakers there even? there is a clip that clips onto them, sometimes the clip can come off... but both seems unlikely


i have a set of front and rear JBL speakers for sale if youre interested, theyre out of a 95 with JBL... i also have the amps

They are probably blown, however I would check the radio itself and make sure the harness is fully clipped in to the unit.

both have been checked but i realized that the radio is only a 2 speaker radio which is lame. so i guess i need a new radio? but im gonan say screw it and pull any more weight out of it i can. haha
