Hi, new here, I scored a like new 2010 SHO with less than 2,000 miles on it three years ago. It was in a car collection. The dealer sold me a 100,000 mi/ 10 year warranty
It has all options except the PP package and is smoky red with black interior. It had the original tires on it and they were junk, it now has P zero.
With the warranty I can’t hop it up .

What a snag! Great job - lots you can do and stay within warranty. First things first - read, breath, and live by:

wow, it's great to hear a story like this!

first off, cars age just sitting there. depends on how well the collector maintained it, but you should probably go ahead and inspect/change the tires. also change ALL powertrain fluids - engine, transmission, coolant, ptu/rdu (awd). plugs are probably ok.

you can use 5w30 oil despite the manual spec'ing 5w20. that was to meet mpg goals. probably be ok even with 10w30 but that's for later lol. use a thicker oil like warren, castrol, redline, etc. change oil regularly do not be tempted to extend change intervals. motorcraft filter is great for the price but if you want a top notch filter, purolator boss is currently where its at.

see @SM105K thread on maintenance/performance for more details.

Thanks so much, Ford said that the car was fully serviced when i bought it. I don’t believe them. I have put about 3,000 miles a year on it and have almost 10,000 miles. I have been looking around for a shop to change all the fluids here in the East Phoenix valley. The tires were changed to Perreli P “0”.
