Not even sure where to start. Ok, I have a 2010 SHO. It has 190k on it. I acquired this car from a buddy of mine. Great car, absolutely love it. Car is on its 3rd set turbos, in under 2 years. Turbos, oil lines, blow offs, etc. all replaced each time. The last 2 times were warranty replacement. Since the 1st set were done, the car has had o2 sensor codes, misfire codes and so on. Replaced all the coil packs and plugs 3 times now. All motorcraft parts. O2 sensors replaced twice (all 4). That was done that way because the fault codes keep changing location, from the misfires to o2 codes. Replaced the coil pack connectors, wires, connector pins and all. The car has been tuned, but my buddy bought it from a dealer (not a ford dealer). He and I have no idea what kind of tune is in it, what fuel it's tuned for, who tuned it or anything. I know it's not a stock tune because my ex had 2008 and 2012(both she bought new) and this 2010 will smoke both of them. Dynoed it at another friend of mine and its putting down almost 500whp on 93. This car sat with a dead battery for 9 mos before I got it (no idea if this has anything to do with it's issues). 2 weeks ago, I did all the o2 sensors, coil packs, plugs, connectors, fuel pumps and filters. It ran fine after, no issues or codes, but I only ran it maybe 2miles and parked it. Went to use it over the weekend and I have the following codes again, p0306, p2195 bank 1 sensor 1 biased/stuck lean and p2629 bank2 sensor 1 current/trim circuit open. Before replacing o2s, codes for them banks 1 and 2 both sensor 1 were stuck in high heat mode (can't remember the actual code). I'm at a loss and don't know what else to check, try or replace. I know it needs and it will get an updated/fresh tune. I can watch and see on the live data on my scanner that all the above mentioned items are functioning correctly while in live data mode. Exit live data and codes reappear and sometimes even switch. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

So I say this with all due respect - it sounds to me you know you are running a tune - unknown in origin and eating turbos.

My suggestion get with a new tuner and try and start from scratch.

You don't need the stock tune - you need someone who knows how these cars work based on torque based turbo tuning and create a new tune as your stock.

That was my thought as well. Tbh, that was the only other thing I could think of after trying all that and talking to the people I have about it. Any recommendations on tuners? The only one I have really heard a whole lot about is gearheads, but all my other stuff is LS based. And no worries, all the LS stuff wears Bowties lol

Well if you like to reach out to AJP Turbo see if he can help you I think that is a good start. I am afraid someone has tweaked your car up good. Great for eating other cars - but bad for everything else in that car. @SM105K look for his post on maintenance - this might be a good time to decide how well the PTU - RDU and transmission have been maintained. What about that water pump - look under well maintained SHOs the pump can go around 100K.

To me make sure you get her some TLC maintenance and speak to a tuner, get a baseline tune which will become your cars stock tune.

When too many critical items are changed like higher stage turbos etc - the original Ford tune is useless.

You mentioned all the codes it's throwing, but is it running well? Doesn't bog down or hesitation? Plugs not fuel fowled? Normal plug colors? Injectors working normally?
Just a few things that I can think of.

Hopefully some of the gurus will chime in for you.

Thanks for the info. I'll look into them as well for tune possibilities. Water was just done at around 170 when my buddy had it. I've changed the fluid in the ptu and it wasn't great, but I've seen way worse. I've already been looking at them for when the time comes, unless my bank account actually shows up first lol. The turbos are stock size. For the most part, the car is stock from what I've seen. Other than the tune and a few odds and ends here and there.

Ran very well until it started going thru turbos and doing all this other nonsense. Right now, you can't even turn a corner at a green light without it dying. Plugs are all good. All normal colors. Have been every time. Injectors are good and within spec. Thank you for your input!

A few things that caught my eye.
1. The car sounds fairly stock, if it sat for 9mo it may have become dinner for a mouse, check all your wiring
2. I'm not here to fact check or disprove, I'm only going on what I read. Most SHOs need multiple modifications to obtain 400whp, approaching 500whp usually involves heavy modifications. If those dyno numbers are accurate your car is far from stock and the unknown could be whats causing your issue, a tune gone wrong trying to make the car run in a way it mechanically can't.
3. If it's able to run fine one minute and then start acting up then it's likely an electrical fault, be it a sensor, a wire, or the ecm itself. I would check other possibilities outside of turbo failure.

I have a habit of long posts sorry. All that said I agree with @kryptto get a new tuner and baseline the car after you inspect all of your harnesses. Rule out engine management and if its still not right start digging into hardware to see if heads were modified or a sensor was replaced with an incorrect one, work small to big and you'll find it, unfortunately without the history of the car you don't know what's been done to what caliber. Professional speed shop or Jimmy 350. Good luck, hope this helps

Also just found this on GH website for their turbos (dont ask why im looking) if your turbos appear stock but actually aren't that would explain a few things but this might explain the repeated turbo failure for your year SHO

"Year 2010 – 2012 exhaust manifolds need to be replaced with 2013+ manifolds due to the older manifolds releasing metal when getting hot, tearing up turbos."

Great find - they rebuild the innards of stock turbos all the time.
