Posting a quick update on this, as promised.
I have installed the most recent prototype clips on my car, and they fit well, but I noticed a couple small tweaks that could be made to improve the fit:
1. When mounting the triple wire clip on the rear valve cover, I found that it was a little difficult to get the screw started and there was more resistance than usual when turning the screw, presumably because the mounting hole isn't perfectly centered on the mounting boss. To handle this, I printed a new prototype with a screw hole 0.1mm larger, and that resolved the issue.
2. I noticed that the mounting boss for the single wire clip on the rear valve cover doesn't have a fully surrounded mounting recess to sit in like the ones on the front valve cover do, and this means that the only thing holding the clip from rotating out of the proper orientation is the mounting screw (and I guess the spark plug wire itself, when installed). I believe that this is the reason for the prong hanging down on the rear double wire clip, but I've never seen a stock rear single clip (mine apparently went missing before I bought the car), so I didn't think to add this to the design. I printed a new prototype of this clip with a locating prong and that worked well.
I have ordered two more sets to be printed with the two new tweaks, one in grey and one in black, so when those arrive I will do a final mounting test and then I will be ready to start selling these. I will also post some pictures of the final set in both colors at that time.
I still can't promise a date, but it's definitely moving closer. Thanks again for everyone's patience on this.
