so my family just picked up a 2010 sho while they were in New Brunswick. they drove it back to toronto Ont. its a great car, BUT the chrome exhaust tips are tarnished/oxidizing and the headlights are full of moisture. my dad spoke to someone at the local dealer and they said bring the car in.. so my question is has anyone else experienced this? the car is great.. very fast and fun to drive.

I think your the only one so far talking about this but I'd ask for new headlights tho I wouldn't want ones they attempted to reseal.

My headlight covers a crystal clear and the chrome exhaust tips are also smooth and shiny. I hope you get your issues resolved!

yeah id request new headlights and for the difficulty they gave you with a brand new car you should fight to get you windows tinted. when my 96 sho was in the dealer they scratched the **** out of the engine bay and engine cover so i told them to repaint the engine bay and they painted it glossy, so i told them no its supposed to flat color and i fought with them and got the windows tinted too.

Kirk Doucette (SHODWN) had mentioned that one of his headlights gets some moisture in it sometimes. Not sure what he did about it, if anything yet.

Theres something in the manual that says the headlights are vented and a little is normal, but it should disappear shortly.

I noticed a leak in one of my rear lights (the inside light that it attached to the trunk) have a new one ordered with the dealership now. My exhaust tips get a little blackened from the exhaust and it is easy to wipe off... but other than that they are still shiny (~2,600 miles)

Just call the dealer and they should fix all of that.

Have you actually contributed anything useful to this forum yet? I'm just wondering, because if you have, I haven't seen it. And, as you may have noticed by now, I am freakin' EVERYWHERE.

thanks guys i didn't see that in the manual about the vened lights... and im thinking the tips has something to do with the salt
ill get a pic next week. i love driving the car its a tonne of fun
