Anyone know where I can find a set of new headlight assemblies for a Gen 3? Are the SLO and SHO the same type of assembly? Thanks!
Mine look like someone took steel wool to them. Very scratched up.

Why does that sound so familiar, I was just thinking about that this afternoon as I was drying off my car. Hey wuzzzer, when are we gonna get the MinneSHOta SHO's together for a cruz session?

Yes they are the same between SHO and Non-SHO. but there is differance between 96-97 and 98-99.

I see someone on eBay selling them for $85-90 each. I just might have to bid on them! Hey, no one else bid, k?

What would the difference be between the years?

I only see the newer ones being blacked out on the inside, there doesn't seem to be any change to the mounts, appearance or connections....

I was going to upgrade to the newer lights for that reason, they look cooler than the older ones...

mine are crap as well...

A light (pardon the pun) polishing creme or plastic compound works wonders on the lights. Kirk Doucette polished his with the same stuff he uses on the exterior of the car and they look brand new. FWIW.

Prpl SHO,

Sorry for the late post the front turn signal (different style defuser)and front headlight assy (black inserts) are diffrent for the 98-99 Taurus's. That truely it I think the turn signal and headlamps look better IMHO on 98-99. Of course you cant tell on Mike car
