Just got my new Halo Gauges from e-bay. I hope to install them this weekend. The seem pretty nice quality wise. These are the ones that have the seperate button pad to change the color and brightness.....what I may do is cut the dimmer wires and splice them into the stock dimmer switch. I also may splice the wires to make it green all the time and eliminate the blue option that way I can avoid the button pad all together. I will take pics after I get them installed and post them up.

Not sure it's a good idea to splice the touch pad into the stock dimmer. I got the regular indiglos off eBay and the instructions that came with it specifically said NOT to hook them up to the stock dimmer as this might damage the gauges.

Yeah, I just read that on these instructions here. Damn! Oh well. I guess I will have to hide this touchpad somewhere....hmm....maybe I can get creative and splice the wires from the box with longer wires of the same gauge and run it behind the dash, under the center console and into the bin in the center console on the side of it. Or just put it under the dash....we shal see thumbs_u

Yeah, the dimmer does light up as well...thats why I want to see if I can lengthen the cord to it from the box and run it into the center console bin. Since that has a lid and all.....we shall see this weekend :D

I bought Greddy black face, the light is almost identical to stock as well as the face, and is backlit like stock too, fine guages! And a 270 degree swing with an electricall guage instead of theusual 90 degree face which looks cheap to me.
