new exhaust...but one question!!!

i want to get the dynomax 2.5" high flow exhaust for my 94 ATX, but i got one question first. i want to convrt my SHO to manual transmission, but i was wondering should i buy the exhuast before i install the MTX or should i wait until the MTX is installed? the only reason im asking is because on www.SHOBrosGarage.com there is two options for the exhaust--one is for manual and the other is 15 dollars more expensive for the automatic tranny version. andy help would be appreciated. thanx.

i believe one of the differences in the two exhaust systems are the intermediate pipe in the manual goes to the side where the rod shifter comes down through the floor to clear it, so if you're going to manual, I would buy the manual exhaust system. Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong.
