My new SHO won't start...HELP!!

ok i drove her around last adn learn how to drive a clucth...stalled it bout 30 times...hehe..well no after sitting over night the car won't start...checked all the connection and everything seems fine...jumped the car for bout 15 minutes no start...I have the car in neutral and clutch to the floor and alls i hear when i turn the key is one click and that's it...what could be wrong...I need help...plz...thanks...I'm new to SHO's but not taurus so might have to help me alittle with were parts are located on a sho.

Battery, starter, or solenoid most likely. Check the juice and all the connections. Including ones on the alternator.

a weird clicking nosie comes from the starter solenoid...how much does a new 1 cost???

well the noise is coming from the thing on the fender well that has the batt connections and ground it clicks once and nothing happens..tried jumpin it but that failed so what is that part and how much does it cost?

The starter solenoid is the same as on a SLO. They cost less than $10 at most auto parts stores and is a generic part. Ford has used the same one for years.

Look in the phone book for a parts store and call them for exact pricing.

Don't be too surprised if you find you also have problems with either the starter itself, the battery connections, or either cable from the battery.

Just had the same experence last week, well not the stalling, Was the starter, $108.00 at autozone, I picked up a used one at the junkyard for $30.00, Had to push start for three days, kinda doh

well swapping out relays and ghetto jumping it once with 2 screw drivers worked....it works now..I'm so happy..well now on to other things like struts and rust repair...lol
