MTX/ATX lower radiator hose

Will a lower radiator hose for an MTX fit an ATX and vice versa? All the info I've found show them to be different part numbers but I'm curious about the difference. Besides, the ATX is a Ford part only.

They're different. The engine in an MTX is located in a bit different spot than it is in an ATX.

A generic flex hose should work, though.

The MTX hose may work on an ATX, possibly with trimming. But there's no way the ATX hose will fit on an MTX.
