You could also have a vacuum leak at the intake to head mating surface or any of the intake runner couplers. Not likely but possible. Test wires:

I made that mistake in the beginning too and why I mentioned loosening up the couplers. Helps it seat flat correctly and seals at the runners when they are loose firstIma try that this weekend I would just slap the intake with out loosing
I had no codes on my previous 95 MTX and the fuel pressure regulator failed. It was up at 80psi and I had no codes, but a constant stumble around 2000 to 2500 RPM. Putting in a new regulator helped some, but it also needed plug wires to get it running better. Check the pressure at the Schrader valve
