It's not so much the delivery time or condition that I take issue with (the faded labels were my fault

). It's the pricing and the ability of the customer service.
First off, the pricing is insane. It's just so much higher than their competitors. When I have to pay $8.00 to send a 3 lb box from Chicago to Michigan I get a little peeved.
Also, the stores seem to be good, but if you have a shipper's account with them, just try to get on the phone and ask a question. I dare you.

They just have no clue. They can't look up tracking numbers by shipping number, they can't check history more than a month in the past, and they can't for the life of them figure out how to get the Paypal billing correct.
On top of that, the only method of payment is check. You can't pay your bill over the phone with a credit card, you have to send in a check.
Alone, these problems may seem petty, but combined, I think that there is valid reason for concern and I should at least explore the options, as they appear to be much cheaper.
And that is my rambling for the day.
