I was just finishing up the engine work of my 94 3.2 ATX today. It has been almost one year since I have bought the car. Here's the things I did since I got it.
New oil pan gasket, drain plug, water pump and gasket, timing belt tensioner, timing belt, valve cover gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, hand cleaned all intake runners, new plugs, wires, new serpentine belt, new starter, new 02 sensors, new crank seal, new cam seals, new crank sensor, new cam sensor.

Sat in the car with my fingers crossed ( car's front still on jackstands) hoping that it would fire up and run good. Turned the key and it fired right up first shot - runs like a champ. While the car was running - I went to the front, removed the radiator cap and added coolant. It started coming out from EVERYWHERE under the car. Back of the motor, driver side of the motor all over the garage floor. Steam coming from under the intake manifold. Got ****** off and walked away. Was wondering if anyone has an idea of where it might be coming from? Coolant crossover hose etc.....????

Maybe in a couple of more weeks I'll get a pressure tester and see If I can tell where it's coming from but for now I need to cool off. Thanks for any input.

I'm pretty sure I hooked up all of the coolant lines. When you are standing at the driver side fender looking at the intake - the coolant hose going from under the intake manifold - straight out to the bottom of the throttle body gave me alot of trouble. It was hard and not flexible at all anymore. I did not replace ANY coolant lines with new ones or replace any coolant line o-rings.

Update..... I had forgotten to hook up on of the two coolant hoses under the throttle body. Reconnected coolant hose and all is well. It only took me 11 months of work between being an OTR trucker and trying to have a life to finish the car. Well it's not finished but it is in excellent running condition now. Drove it aound my property and it runs great. No leaks from ANYWHERE and runs sooo smooth. I picked the car up of CL for 350 bucks. Put another couple hundred in new parts into it and I LOVE IT!! Thanks to everyone on the forum who posts their knowledge. Because of you I had an excellent resource of information to do all of the work that I did.
