I would like to get the opinion of other Gen 3 SHO owners on the board.
Do any of you have an LPM? After having my mufflers installed and this spring after I mod the intake to the "Porter" type, should I get an LPM to enhance the intake and exhaust mods?
I'm not too hip on SuperChips or HyperTech chips. I've heard too many bad things about them.
I guess I figure that an LPM would be the best considering it'd be programmed specifically for the mods I've done and can always be re-programmed for future mods. (Can we say supercharger???)

I noticed that SP MotorSports has them for $299. Anyone know of any other sources for LPMs?
Thank you all.

The V8 SHO does not take well to any type of aftermarket chip. Its a scary deal to say the least. Only had one or two gents out there that have made them work. And even then...they're iffy to say the least. They've caused more problems than they're worth.

I personally won't even consider this modification.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings.

Thanks for letting me know that Mark!
No harm done. That's what the board is for!
