Hey you guys and gals, what can you tell me about a LPM? I've been asked if I have one and I've seen on the forum people having one. From whatI can tell, it helps somehow with the shifting in the ATX models. I have a 93 ATX. I would like to have a better shifting trans. I've always been one that likes to improve or make better on factory specs. Any info would be greatly apprecaited?
Limited budget.Out on my own again after 15 years of marriage.

The LPM will help build line pressures in the atx to help firm up the shifts. I highly recommend the Ted Breaux LPM which can be purchased from him for a $199 price tag. This will include free upgrades or reburns at no extra charge.
However, if your tranny is on the way out, or slips badly, the LPM will not help you out. It will help the performance on a healthy one however... boink
