Lost radio key, bypass PATS?

Hello, I have lost the radio key for my 97. I have a copy of the key, but it does not have the transponder on the key. It starts the car, but the car shuts off immediately after starting. Does anyone know how to bypass the PATS modue, or have any advice in replacing the radio key?
