Livernois stage 4 plus X

What's up SHO family! Tomorrow I am installing thermostat, new gapped plugs and hopefully if I can get the part from Ford the 3 bar MAP sensor for my 2011 SHO. Anthony at Livernois hooked me up with the stage 4 plus X tune running 93 octane and I'm excited to see what it can do. I already installed their CAI system and loaded the stage 3 tune so that I could get a little taste of what she could do. I definitely feel the difference in power halfway through first gear once the turbos spool up and then DAMN! Another difference is driving on the freeway accelerating from 50 to 70. The car really moves and if your not careful, you will hit 100 and not even feel it. Without the upgraded thermostat the fans really do stay on all the time especially in Houston triple digit heat. Can't wait to feel the difference in power after the mods and jumping from stage 3 to stage 4 plus x tune!

Enjoy. I felt the same way. I drove 3, 4 , 4+ for a day each. Those 3 alone are fun enough. Lol

Oh god yes. The acceleration is smooth. Im doing 70 merging into highway traffic. Lije you said, yer doin 100 before you realize it. I dont feel the massive downshift to blow by someone. It just goes. Probably 3 bar related. I dobt have a cai. Left mine stock. Its pretty well engineered from Ford. Ill save that money

That's what I'm ready for. It seems like the 3 bar with tune is what really wakes up the engine. After reading a lot of posts and watching videos I wish I would have waited on the CAI. Would have been good to test the car without induction kit and just tune. I guess the extra 15 ponies on the end of the power band will help on the freeway though.

Imop, cais are fluff. They look good, maybe a little better sound. But Ford did a great job with the sealed box setup. Mdesign has the only one id consider

Many, many, pesos. Thats a Livernois question. Thinking meth kit, turbo upgrade, along with tune, 3bar, tstat, plugs. Im around 350whp. Without cai btw. Just drop in. But 4x tune, 3 bar and tstat, plugs.

400 awhp (or 500 crank hp) is a great goal for longevity/endurance. 500 awhp (600+ crank hp) is great for shorter bursts, unless you also do rigorous maintenance at severely shortened intervals compared to those stated in the owner's manual. Bascially, 500 awhp for the SHO in this platform is NOT everyone's cup of tea.

1 US Dollar equals
16.39 Mexican Peso

THAT WOULD BE A TANKER FULL OF PESOS!

In reality to get to that magical number is not all that difficult! All you need is:

Thunderstorm Turbo Back Exhaust
AlkyControl Methanol Injection

No, we are located roughly 2 miles west of Ford World HQ in Michigan.

The Peso reference was a joke....
