If at all based on some recent developments I've seen.and a poorly running car if you go with LMS....
Just to add to the LMS discussion, I am running the latest LMS tune on their new MyCalibrator tuner and did go the route of the LMS/Firestorm HPFP and am VERY happy with the performance and tune. Car is very drivable, insanely fast, and they gave me a tune to run in the winter to compensate for the cold. I know of lot of people here have had some very bad experiences, but as of late (maybe too late for most) they have gotten their ducks in a row.
I'm glad you are happy but I will never buy another part from them, and won't ever run a tune from anyone without data logging again. I didn't think I had a problem until seeing posts from others and after some minor hesitation in the cold I decided to try Gearhead. Before loading the GH tune I logged the LMS tune which showed fuel pressure drop to 800psi at the rail. Loaded the new tune and no more fuel pressure issues, no having to buy a $1600 HPFP. No having to turn traction control off to avoid slamming off the rev limiter because the car didn't want to shift. And no elitist attitude from Matt.Just to add to the LMS discussion, I am running the latest LMS tune on their new MyCalibrator tuner and did go the route of the LMS/Firestorm HPFP and am VERY happy with the performance and tune. I did not get a custom tune, they wanted too much $$ to do that. Everything I bought from LMS was straight out the catalog and installed by either myself or my local shop. LMS is "local-ish" in that we are in the same state. I did however, spend a lot of time going back and forth with LMS via email and phone to get their tune fixed as I felt they needed to get their s*** together. They figured it out and was able to get the fuel system working properly but I have a lot of patience.
Let me be blunt though, I'm not advocating for LMS here. I'm just sharing my experience and I will agree, I'm not the norm and if I had this knowledge back when I started this adventure I would have chosen a different speed shop. I stuck with them as I didn't even know there was anyone else who made quality parts/tunes for the SHO. (Thank you SHO forum for introducing me to new possibilities!!) Now that I do, I do have aspirations to change tuners once the wallet has healed from this summer's spending fiesta. GH intercooler is in the works for this fall too and perhaps they can talk me into getting their tuner.
Shame we aren't closer SM, I'd love to race you and see where the cards fall. I don't get many opportunities to race the SHO here is West MI. Perhaps this is a good thing so I don't break s***.
I used to think it was possible for LMS to restore their reputation right up until I read BPD's thread and learned about his woes. It really is a shame too, we need more quality builders for SHO parts, not less.

No you didn't come across that way at all. I was referring to how LMS handled the V11 issues and Dan in general from my experience coming off that way and Matt at Gearhead not.Ouch, elitist attitude? Well that sucks as I wasn't trying to come across that way. I apologize if my words imparted that sentiment. I just wanted to share my experience with LMS, which still wasn't a good one even though it worked out in the end for me. I have zero ambition to buy parts from them in future unless there is no choice.

I am ways down for some SHO on SHO violence lol. A tune, GH IC, and the Trans Mounts are the best things you can do to a SHO straight out of the box. Between GearHead, Eco Power Parts, and LMS there is a plethora of options now for this niche platform and that is always better for us a consumer.
FWIW, I still run the LMS V10 tune I got in April 2018. I also experienced shifting problems in late 2018. I applied the early "fixes" recommended by LMS (spark plugs changed, additional trans fluid), and have not noticed any further shift problems. I don't track race, so I don't have any documented times, but my butt-o-meter tells me the car has much more potential. It just doesn't give me that "oh, shit" feeling that I remember when I first installed the tune. I don't have any plans to upgrade/downgrade to the V11 tune, or change tuners, unless I start having the shift problems again.Let me be blunt though, I'm not advocating for LMS here. There are a pair of trans/mounts available from Anthony Dicunzolo that are amazing. They replace the junk factory mounts.
I had minor issues compared to some but after data logging I realized my LMS tune was unsafe. Without data logging you are guessing and risking your motor, no thanks. LMS "fix" tunes are watered down as they apparently do not have the ability to tune these cars effectively and give up power if you don't spend $1600 on a fuel pump.FWIW, I still run the LMS V10 tune I got in April 2018. Tranny Mounts? Please explain
LMS isn't all that bad. Funny thing is I switched to GH to try it out. He also recommended the HPFP when going 100 octane or E30. Just sayin.
