little secondary hoses

im tryin to get my secondaries up n runnin again, i believe they are stuck open. when the cars just idleing if i move the hoses, like pull on them n stuff, the two little valves move, i think one of my hoses is just leaking, any thought?

Yep, it's leaking.

The valves should close when the engine starts, then re-open when the RPMs hit 4K. If you have an MTX, you can watch this by blipping the throttle.
